Pearson -- A Great Networking Event

FINAL REPORT OF THE NETWORKING EVENT AT PEARSON

OCTOBER 22, 2008

The October networking event was held at the new offices of Pearson Publishing and digital curriculum.  Announcements were made by President Alex Devereux and he introduced Cindy Saint, new Board member of GAZeL and Vice President of technical services curriculum.    Four very interesting presentations were made concerning the digital and simulation products Pearson produces for elementary school children. 

.

Our attendance  was 34 with additional staff members from Pearson.  We had many people new to our events to add to our associates list. 

 .

The food was ordered from the Wildflower Bread Company and was very good.

Introducing Three New GAZeL Board Members

GAZeL is proud to announce three new Board Members, including Sharon Bolster, Brad Boute, and Cindy Saint.

 

Sharon is Managing Partner at Power Ed, Brian is Director of Online Education at

Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and Cindy is VP of Technical Services Curriculum at Pearson.
