Do you know any PROGRAM to run from a Floppy Drive,CD-ROM
or a Flash USB Drive that permits "TOTAL" control of the
MEMORY ??... (both RAM and VIRTUAL...)and compatible with
NT (2k)systems and XP ??.........
Someone told ME that MICROSOFT has a COMMAND called
"ClearRam"...
... but i would like to use something... more specific.

This because in most Public Internet centers,cybcaffes etc etc... they have the system configured,cyclically,to
get (ROB)your session results,and ,with that,i cant agree...
